We own a complete in‑house production workflow, covering fabric pre‑treatment, automatic cutting, sample development, sewing, pressing, quality inspection, packaging and warehousing. All core production steps are finished inside our factory to better control quality and lead time.
Yes. Our independent sample design team supports custom sample development according to your drawings or references. After sample confirmation, we will move smoothly to bulk production for your orders.
Quality checks run through the whole process. We carry out fabric inspection before production, in‑line checking during sewing, and final full inspection before packing to reduce defective rates.
We adopt electronic cutting machines, multiple sewing & ironing equipment and other standard garment‑making devices. Mature equipment helps us keep stable output for bulk orders.
