01 — Project Review
Share Your Idea
Send us your Tech Pack, reference images, sketches or existing samples, together with your quantity, sizing and customization requirements.
02 — Fabric & Detail Confirmation
Confirm Fabrics & Details
We review and confirm fabric, color, GSM, trims, measurements, workmanship, printing, embroidery, labels and other product details before sampling.
03 — Sample Development
Develop the Sample
Our team develops the pattern and sample according to the confirmed specifications. Photos and videos can be provided during the development process when needed.
04 — Sample Review Approval
Review & Approve
The sample is sent to you for checking. Fit, measurements, fabric, workmanship and branding details can be reviewed and adjusted before final approval.
05 — Order Confirmation
Confirm the Bulk Order
After the sample is approved, we confirm the final quantity, size breakdown, colors, packaging requirements, production details and delivery schedule.
06 — Bulk Production
Start Production
Bulk production begins according to the approved sample and confirmed specifications, with key production details controlled throughout the manufacturing process.
07 — Quality Control & Packing
Inspect & Pack
Our team checks measurements, workmanship, printing or embroidery, finishing and packaging before the garments are packed for shipment.
08 — Shipping
Ship Your Order
After final confirmation, the finished order is prepared for shipment. We can coordinate with your nominated forwarder or assist with international shipping arrangements.
